Simple ways to a healthy living
Everyone dreams of a sexy and healthy body.There are several technologies that can make have a awesome godly body such as liposuction, surgeries and many others. But it would be so awesome if body is natural,what to know some tips to guide to have a sexy and definitely healthy body? Well, here are some:
1. Have enough sleep- lack of sleep makes you weak and can make you thin. It can cause also eye bags. Most of people who are lack sleep are thin,you want to be healthy and sexy not a piece of a paper.
2. Eat Less-eat just what is enough for you,don't force in eating to much or else you end up full of cholesterol.
3. Drink lots of water- it cleanses your body ,drink regularly 8 glasses a day of water. Make it a habit drinking water every morning and evening after gong to sleep.
4. Exercise regularly-it makes your body go in shape. Regularly not excessively.Constant exercise makes your body perfect.(laughs)
5. More fruits-always include in your diet fruits. They are fibers that cleanses your inner body or intestines,cleaning all the residues of the food you eat.
6. Have a healthy social life- mingled with friends,discuss healthy topics, share and debate. It well exercises your mind and socialize with others. Well being sexy and healthy is not only in your body also in your mind. Avoid vices like smoking and drinking alcoholics.
7. Laugh often and be happy-it is most effective for me, you just laugh
and be happy. Did you know that you spend so much muscles when you frown and
those frowning, creates lines and wrinkles. Laugh and be happy always that is
the best way to a healthy living and stay young.
All of the tips can not be made if you don't have discipline,first thing you do is discipline yourself. Every success requires lots and lots of it.
